The news was confirmed by their agency, JYP Entertainment, which adds to the roster of their achievements since the release of the comeback album.

According to other reports, GOT7 is the first artist of JYP Entertainment to hit the said milestone in the digital sales chart.

The boys also sold 281,791 copies of 'DYE' in the first week, which is more than the amount of their previous album “Call My Name,” setting a new record for themselves.

Digital promotion

The seven-member group has been actively promoting their new album remotely for fans to enjoy while everyone's on quarantine.

In the last few days, GOT7 has been captivating fans with their choreography videos as produced by Dingo and Studio Choom to showcase their other singles like “Poison” and “Aura.”

They were also featured in 1theK Original's KKINESS Challenge wherein idols take on some of the strangest but most interesting records from the Guinness Book of Records.

For their episodes, GOT7 took on the fastest time to peel a hard-boiled egg and the most number of balloons to pop in under a minute.
